She explained the terms and conditions clearly, and the whole process has been smooth, quick and straightforward. My assets have been handled with care, and after a valuation has been made and a loan has been offered and accepted, the sum has been paid into my account in the early morning of the next working day. Fantastic service

I've recently got my watch back from the Wallasey branch. We're do I start? Fantastic service from the girls in the shop. So caring and full of advice. They really went above and beyond for me. I dealt with Pamela both in store and ober the phone, what can I say?? Brains and looks. When Pam was otherwise engaged I was dealt more than capable by Tina who again was more than helpful. I cannot recommend the shop enough.

Ramsdens Coulby Newham. Sharon and the gang always give 100%. Customer service. The support and understanding to your individual situation is listened to and dealt with such care and compassion. Nothing is too much trouble and they help in anyway they can to deal with your needs. That’s why I’ve been a customer for years and always go back to the Coulby store because of the great service received.

This is the best shop I have been to great customer service from all the shop staff they are a asset to the company I been a good customer and I will keep using this store when I need it keep up the great work and the customer service guys and David is a great manager sometimes I need a little bit longer to pay for my loans and he gives me longer to pay David is a great manger
